How to deal with one person taking money?
I was in the commission of a benefit poker run for charity. Suspect someone in our group is using the event for their own benefit. (Tax deduction for the donation). She owns a station Service / convience store. She just tells us they can get cheaper through the store. She keeps all receipts for items that supplies for benefit until the last minute to deliver reinbursed. Is it bad to use the tax deduction for business? Or am I exaggerating? Is double dipping? She was reimbursed, and tells us that she is not deducting it on your taxes but only becomes copies of the receipts.She says that keeps them safe.
If decuction uses it as a contribution tax and reimburse people she is totally wrong. Create a system that requires her to have her receipts 1 each month for the previous month. You I can not do wrong, but you can make the conditions for people to feel comfortable. good luck
