Is there a poker player right foot during a tournament?

I was watching a poker tournament on television and sometimes some of the players stand for a round. If it is simply trying to see the best hand or something else? Thanks!

Usually stand when all-in. When that happen, become nervous and tense so its natural for players standing anxiously awaiting the cards shown.
